I offer therapeutic counselling and family therapy and can support individuals, couples, or families who are experiencing challenging times in their lives. I have run my own family therapy practice for the past 10 years and have worked in the social welfare area for the past 30 years. If there is conflict within your family, I can help you to navigate difficult dynamics, help your kids to manage their challenges and support you to address any relationship issues that you and your partner may be experiencing.
In a safe and supportive environment I can assist you with issues such as depression, addiction, anger management, stress and anxiety, family conflict and help you build stronger, more resilient relationships with those you love. Through exploring the uniqueness of your own family, I can help you create harmony and build sustainable change.
