Relationship distress is common and most people find it difficult to understand how successful, intelligent people like ourselves can be so unable to fix our relationships. I have been through it and most people I know have been in that stage where the toxic cycle of arguing or withdrawing can look like the end of your relationship. One person withdraws and appears to have given up and the other lashes out and becomes critical. It looks hopeless but its not. I am a Therapist that studies and specialises in EFT emotionally focused therapist. An evidence based therapy with successful outcomes. I practice psycho-educational skills with couples to unpack how we all get hijacked by our emotions when dealing with our partner/s. Our good intentions get lost in the negative cycle that we cannot break.
I have 30 years of experience in coaching, training and Counselling clients to help them continue their journey to a more informed and peaceful future. I love my role in their lives and feel truly honoured to be able to offer my support.
