I am a psychologist with over ten years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I began my career in 2011 working as a case manager/psychologist at the Austin Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Since 2014, I have worked with primary and secondary students who present with a variety of issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, social issues, parent-child relational problems, and behavioural issues. I currently work privately seeing adult patients with a variety of presentations, including mood, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, and relationship conflict.
My areas of interest are: Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Bullying, Anger management, Assertiveness, Low self-esteem, School refusal, Sleep disorders, and Parenting. I primarily use cognitive-behaviour therapy and schema therapy to help with these concerns
