I believe in creating a collaborative, sustainable relationship with clients in order to help people feel safe to open up, overcome their struggles and create a rich, full, meaningful life. I work with a broad range of concerns including anxiety and panic attacks, stress management, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, depression, and family/relationship issues.
