Hi! I am a Clinical Psychologist and work with teenagers and adults. I believe in providing a warm and non-judgemental space for my clients that allows them to explore their challenges and work towards achieving their goals. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress management, depression, relationship difficulties, and eating difficulties.
I provide psychological support that is individualised and centred around my client’s goals, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Each session is tailored around your needs and what you want to get out of your sessions.
