Through being supportive, down-to-earth, non-judgemental, i aim to support you tackle challenges you have that are impacting your mental health, and achieve your goals.
Your mental health is just one aspect of your overall wellbeing, All areas of your life emotional, physical, spiritual, and social are interconnected impacting your health and Mind Over Matters we acknowledge this connection.
Lets face it, some of us are a bit different in the way we experience the world. Some ways i think i might particularly bmight be helpful through experience and training include;
-Neurodivergency (ADHD/ASD) and functioning in a world not built for us!
-Alcohol and Drugs as we know habits can be hard to change.

I’m don't aim to bore you with fancy words or certificates. My approach is about connecting, listening and trying to understand your pain, your struggles, your strengths and your world. We then come up with some ways forward to tackle these together. Its ok sometimes to need help!
