I am George (they/them) a Gestalt psychotherapist with a deep interest in embodiment & somatic practices. I am particularly passionate about working with people living alternative lifestyles, including those who are queer, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, sex workers as well as other therapists, social & mental health workers. With me, you will find acceptance & understanding. I am a queer & sex-positive therapist. My approach is holistic & collaborative- exploring together, with curiosity, care & attention to what feels most alive for you. I offer a warm, compassionate & grounded space where you're welcome just as you are.
Whatever you bring with you, I will meet you where you are. In our sessions, we move at a pace that feels right for you, using mind & body awareness to explore what is happening for you in the present. Over time, this embodiment work supports you to connect with yourself more fully, identify your needs and wants, and make the changes you want in your life.
My style is warm and grounded in relational ecology. I believe that through awareness, we gain choice - and with that, the possibility of living fully & authentically.
