I work with adults and young people experiencing stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, trauma, or difficulties with behaviour change and substance use. Many clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or affected by past experiences that continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. They want relief, clarity, and practical ways to cope, while also wanting to feel understood and respected. I support people seeking stability, insight, and sustainable change at a pace that feels safe.
I am a Master’s-trained counsellor offering structured, evidence-based counselling using CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practice. My work integrates mindful approaches that are culturally sensitive and practical. I support children, young people, and adults across community, clinical, and private practice settings.
Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if you have been carrying things alone. You do not need to be in crisis or have clear answers to begin. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where we can work together to understand what is happening for you and build skills that support wellbeing and meaningful change.
