I am a multi-modal counsellor, drawing on evidence-based knowledge, and I work collaboratively with clients, to determine the approach best suited to their needs. The client-counsellor relationship is key to a client’s therapeutic growth, and I offer a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space for people to begin their healing journey.
