My name is Ari Heart. I am a trans non-binary person, a psychotherapist, coach and educator in all things trans wellbeing. I help trans and nonbinary people experience greater clarity, ease and relief, without months or years of ongoing talk therapy. If you are struggling with your identity, dysphoria, your relationship with your body, decisions about transition/gender affirmation, how you can navigate other people, coming out, finding your authentic expression, or any other gender-based challenge, you do not have to be alone with it. We can work together to accelerate your movement towards a meaningful, enjoyable trans life.
I have had the good fortune to have worked with and help many hundreds of trans and non-binary people over the past decade. This has helped me personally as a trans person, and professionally I have developed insights and strategies that I have used myself and which I have seen transform the lives of others again and again, and fast.

If you are a trans, non-binary or gender questioning adult and you experience gender dysphoria, the Dysphoria Workshop Series brings together the best insights and strategies to help you gain a greater understanding your dysphoria, get clarity on your triggers, and develop strategies for meaningful relief.
