Welcome! I am a Clinical Psychologist working in Hindmarsh, Adelaide. I have a passion for supporting people who find themselves stuck in repeated cycles or patterns of critical self talk, relationship challenges, difficulty expressing themselves or struggling to prioritise their own needs, even when they want to.
If this sounds familiar, I can understand how difficult going through this can be, and I'm here to help. I will take the time to truly understand you so that I can offer an individualised approach, one that works towards your goals and allows you to be more like the person you want to be.
I see therapy as a place for a genuine conversation, meaning there will be moments of being heard and understood, moments to be challenged to help you meet your goals, and even some moments of laughter. At times we will enhancing your understanding of yourself, and other times we may work in a goal directed so you can take away new skills.
