I work with adults, teens and children to support them through difficult periods in their lives. My role as a therapist is to understand the unique felt experience of each person. This forms the basis of our work together and the place from which we make sense of the difficulties that bring you to therapy.

My work with children and young people is playful, gentle and respectful. I work closely with parents and where appropriate I see parents and carers separately to support them.
