I support adults who are going through challenging times or transitions in life. Many of the people I work with are feeling stuck and looking for ways to make changes in their lives. Clients are often looking for support to manage issues including stress and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and difficulties in their relationships.
I also support people living with genetic disorders and health challenges.
In our sessions, you’ll have a safe, calm space to unpack your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
I’m an integrative counsellor, grounded in a Person-Centred approach. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities so that the work we do together can be shaped around you—your needs, your history, and what feels most helpful.
Reaching out for support can be uncomfortable and takes courage. I offer a free 15-minute phone call. It’s an opportunity to ask any questions you have about counselling and to get a feel for how we might work together.
