Looking for a safe space to work through your trauma and heal? I offer warm, supportive, trauma informed phone and video counselling to people aged 16 and over. I am able to offer Approved Victims of Crime Counselling for those with funding in NSW.

With almost 10 years experience in a range of organisations and roles I am passionate about providing trauma informed care to those I work with. I have extensive experience working in that AOD sector, in providing individual and group therapy and particularly enjoy using Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) as a modality.

Your trauma does not define you and your healing is a journey that is unique to you. I would be honoured to work with you and walk beside you as you make the courageous step forward in healing.
