I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and attentional issues. My forte is empowering clients to access their own inner resources and strengths so they can return to health and well being.
I provide a safe space for people to develop skills and their capacity to deal more effectively with their mental health issues. I use evidence based body orientated approaches such as somatic experiencing, EMDR, mindfulness training, art therapy and family constellation work. I am currently training in psychedelic assisted therapy.
I am a very experienced practitioner and have a very warm, engaging manner. Currently, I offer services to NDIS, Feros Care, Redress, DVA, Open Arms, Workcover and Medicare clients.
