Welcome, My name is Free (Pronounced as “Fray”) . I have a special interest working with attachment based issues and Trauma/PTSD stemming from adulthood or childhood. Feelings such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, people pleasing, hypervigilance,... might be experiences and feelings that stems from trauma. During the intake phase, we will go through a thorough assessment that covers psycho-education and a tailored treatment plan focusing on your needs and goals.
