Beyond Talk Counselling is focused on helping clients finding healing, clarity and connection within. Whether they feel stuck in a particular area of life and don’t know how to get unstuck, or wanting to work on healing old wounds, recover from trauma, improve their relationships and their ability to move forward in life. To struggle is to be human. But sometimes those struggles become overwhelming and impact people's sense of self, their ability to engage in life and the people around them. At Beyond Talk Counselling I help clients overcome and transform life’s challenges and struggles into opportunities for growth and healing.
I provide person-centered, trauma-informed counselling services for young people (12 years up) and adults. In my Beyond Talk Counselling practice I integrate conventional and expressive-creative therapy approaches to help people uncover personal strengths, insights, possibilities and new perspectives that allow them to make empowering changes in their lives.
As a psychotherapist I walk beside my clients on their journey. I provide a non-judgemental and accepting environment where I meet clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard to help facilitate change. I offer support, guidance and structure so that my clients can discover personalised solutions within themselves.
