Hi, I'm Francesco, PhD, Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor. I support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. I also work extensively with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism, as well as families seeking support for their child's development, behaviour, or emotional wellbeing. I support both private clients through FC Psychology and NDIS participants through Able Up, providing practical, evidence-based care tailored to each person's needs.
I provide evidence-based therapy, comprehensive psychological assessments, Early Childhood Intervention, and NDIS therapeutic supports. Services are available in person in Eltham and via Telehealth across Australia. I assess ADHD, Autism, intellectual disability, cognitive functioning, and learning difficulties, providing practical recommendations.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Drawing on Systemic Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy, I provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
