Life has its tough times and big challenges. It doesn't mean we have a mental health issue if we need a bit of extra support to navigate a tough time or work through problems in our relationship. It simply means we're human! I provide individual and couples counselling in the Macedon Ranges. I take a truly calming and compassionate approach and ensure your comfort at all times. Speaking to a counsellor can really help us to gain perspective and insight, and to process our complex emotions, enabling us to feel heard and understood, then to take the next step forward - whether as an individual or as a couple.
I'm here to help you navigate difficult times in life like communication and relationship issues; grief, loss and pet bereavement; big life changes and endings; loneliness, overwhelm or stuckness; work issues like managing stress, burnout, overwhelm or anxiety; and issues around ageing like midlife transitions or staying vibrant and connected in retirement.
I see clients in my private practice in Woodend (Macedon Ranges) or online or telephone. I provide Animal Assisted Therapy with my golden Labrador, Sofie, by prior arrangement.
