I am a registered psychologist with a masters degree in psychology and over twenty five years experience working with people from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping them overcome stress, anxiety, addictions and depression. I also have over 15 years experience working with couples and I am a trained couples and relationship counsellor with level two Gottman training.
I find one of the most important traits an effective therapist needs to have is unconditional positive regard - which means that no matter what you come to talk about - rest assured you will not be judged. I will provide you with my knowledge and experience of working with individuals and couples for over 20 years.
I draw from a diverse toolbox of techniques, including CBT, meditation, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy as well as schema therapy, adapting my methods to suit each client’s unique needs. Well-versed in Gottman therapeutic tools and processes, I embrace Dr. John Gottman’s 45 years of research, continually integrating new insights into my work.

The 7 Principles for Making Relationships Work
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to practice, in a private and a safe setting, the skills that have been developed from Dr. John Gottman’s ground breaking research into what makes relationships last. Dr. Gottman has scientifically analysed the habits of married couples and established a method of correcting the behaviour that puts thousands of marriages on the rocks. He helps couples focus on each other, on paying attention to the small day-to-day moments that, strung together, make up the heart and soul of any relationship.
