At foundations and flow building client counsellor relationship is very important. Developing trust and providing a calm safe space for client's, helps support the process of getting to the core issue in the person life. This can then lead to the unfolding of self awareness and development also allowing the space to work together to building a strong foundation with the client where we can support a deeper connection to self and the empowerment to engage with life confidently. Postnatal counselling is an area I am passionate in supporting working with couples to support in what can be a tricky time of adjustment.
Working with adults and couples, postnatal mothers and partners the areas of counselling focus on are anxiety, stress, depression, wellness and vitality, career change, self-esteem, and couples. Using Person centred therapy Strength based and Narrative therapies to support clients in coming to there own sense of self understanding and awareness.
