My approach to therapy is to remain honest, respectful and ensure that you have a safe space to feel comfortable. I only deliver individual sessions in a Telehealth format (unless an assessment is required). The reason I opted for a Telehealth only service was to allow responsive care during COVID-19 for clients whose symptoms were made worse by current circumstances.

Ingrid is registered psychologist who provides primarily after hours online therapy to adults via Telehealth. In therapy, the environment Ingrid creates is compassionate, animated and genuine. She enjoys building long-lasting and meaningful connections with clients, knowing that this can be a catalyst for a successful experience in therapy. Ingrid is specifically interested in clients who present with developmental/relational-trauma and utilises her knowledge of attachment theory and family systems to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

I am a clinical and forensic psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. I am also a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and a clinical member of the Association for the Treatment & Prevention of Sexual Abuse. I was trained to practise psychology in Canada, where I began my career as a psychologist in 2013.

Ebonie is a passionate and empathetic registered psychologist who can provide thorough assessment and intervention across all ages. Ebonie's aim is to work collaboratively with you to enhance your mental health and achieve your goals. Ebonie has worked in a wide variety of settings including Psychiatric Hospital, Schools, Industry, Forensic, Private Practice and Primary Health Care Network. Ebonie has a keen interest in helping clients with substance use and addiction. She also work with offenders and can provide forensic court reports.

I have special interests in the treatment of Personality Disorders, Interpersonal Relationships & Conflicts, Depression, Anxiety and Substance Use Disorders. I enjoy working with a range of clients including Adults, Adolescents and Couples.

I value supporting individual clients with relationship stress, grief, depression and anxiety alongwith families and children who need support around difficult behaviours, and social emotional learning. Young children who present with anxiety, trauma and behavioural issues may benefit from in-school or individual support, or together within the family context. I have experience supporting disability clients and can assist them through their NDIS plan. I also have experience and interest in supporting family carers with identity issues, learning how to navigate caring for another person, finding outside supports and self-care.

I am a senior social worker with many years experience in private practice and working in government and non-government agencies across Australia. I have worked with men, women, children and families, including people from different backgrounds such as Military personal, veterans and their families, Indigenous language groups, migrants and humanitarian entrants, and prisoners, just to name a few. I am a Clinical Psychologist readily available to assist you in understanding and improving your quality of life. I have extensive public/private sector experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders for those aged 12 years & above. I have a worked closely with a broad age, cultural, and gender diverse demographic, helping people work through a range presenting issues. My expertise includes adolescent mental health, men's mental health, relationship and family stressors, trauma, workplace injury, personality disorders, grief & loss, anger management, and substance use issues.

Matthew is a clinical psychologist who offers therapy via video call for clients age twelve and up. He takes a compassionate, pragmatic, and evidence-based approach to treatment. Matthew specialises in treatment of anxiety, phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and PTSD. He also has extensive experience working with ADHD, depression, anger, grief, insomnia, persistent pain, addiction, and personality disorder. ​

I provide individual treatment to adults via video for a range of concerns. I work with concerns around mood and anger, anxiousness, coping, trauma, intrusive or unpleasant thoughts and acting on these, personality and identity concerns, and relationship concerns, among other areas. I also work with people navigating big changes in life (e.g., parenthood, retirement, loss). While I work with everyone, I have particular interest and experience working in men's health.

Li Lian is a registered Clinical Psychologist who works primarily with older adolescents and adults, and enjoys working with clients of differing cultural backgrounds and presenting issues. She has experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, anger management, addictions, as well as criminal and offending behaviours. Li Lian ensures that she creates a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental space for clients. She encourages open and honest communication to ensure that clients feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts, feelings, behaviours and any feedback about the process.

I am a clinical psychologist experienced in working with adults and adolescents with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, personality disorders and other longstanding problems. I draw on a range of evidence-based treatments and tailor these to my clients' individual needs.
