Focused Foundations is created by Melissa and Danielle. Melissa is a highly experienced educational and developmental psychologist with a passionate for helping people be their best. Danielle is an experienced RN, counsellor & mother of ADHD children with lived experience of the condition. We want people to understand themselves and be the best they can be.
