Just like fireflies communicate through their own unique light to find the right connections, I believe that surrounding yourself with the right people—those who uplift, support, and accept you—is essential to healing and growth.

I believe that Mental health support should never be a luxury—it should be accessible to everyone who needs it. By keeping my overheads low & offering reduced rates, I ensure that quality counselling is within reach for more people.
