We are also specialist in working with OOHC, trauma related issues as Sandtray counselling transcends the inner voice of pain into a new narrative. Over 100 years old this method combines inner work and healing.
I specialise in life stages, changes, support in personal growth and wellbeing. The human condition is complex and deep. Sandtray Counselling helps to peel back the layers to give you a new perspective on who you really are and what you can achieve. Children do this naturally nonverbally using symbolic language.
