I utilise an eclectic, personalised, and compassionate approach to treatment and assessment. I treat a wide range of mental health problems, such as mood disorders, anxiety, trauma (including PTSD and CPTSD), personality disorders, psychosis, addictions and substance use disorders, OCD, and issues related to sleep and eating. I offer neurodiversity-affirming treatment and assessments to adults presenting with symptoms of ADHD and Autism-spectrum disorder. I also offer forensic treatment and psycholegal assessment for civil and criminal issues (including violence, sexual offending, general offending, fire-setting, and stalking)

I draw upon Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT). For forensic issues, I utilise my specialist training in risk assessment, forensic case formulation, and malingering detection.

I see clients on telehealth across South Australia and Victoria, and face-to-face in Adelaide.
