I am a Psychologist (Clinical Registrar) and Executive Coach with 25+ years of experience in corporate and public sector organisations, and 9 years in private practice. I help adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions. I have a special interest in work-related issues, job or career dissatisfaction.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution-focused, and EMDR. As a leadership coach, I draw on the Leadership Circle Profile and strengths. My approach is trauma-informed and I draw from compassion-focused, positive psych, mindfulness and somatic approaches in both my therapy & coaching.
