I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who recognises the deep wounding and fragmentation inflicted on our minds, bodies and souls by the modern world. I support clients who are struggling in their interpersonal relationships, feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, in grief, lost or alone in their struggles and support their reconnection back to their deepest Self.
Therapeutic exploration is sacred work that calls into focus the most tender stories of our being. To support this work, I compassionately interweave transpersonal approaches, parts work (I formally trained in Internal Family Systems), somatic inquiry, nature based, creative & narrative approaches. I support my clients to reconnect with their whole selves.
