Fiona’s aim at Sacred Space Counselling is to be just that person for you. Fiona provides a safe/sacred warm space so that you can explore what brings you to the counselling space.
Fiona believes that counselling is such an individual process that she uses no specific therapeutic intervention. Fiona will use a range of therapeutic interventions depending on what it is that you need support with be it; managing anxiety/depression, career assistance, grief, trauma or relationship issues to just name a few.
