I help couples, families and individuals seeking to achieve healthy relationships and improved mental health. I specialise in marriage, family counselling, during/post-separation, infidelity, communication and conflict resolution. I also provide individual counselling to support clients struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. My work is very solution focused so my clients can achieve fast results. Over the years, I've transitioned from a legal career into counselling/psychology so my clients can expect high ethical standards, high academic competency as well as a modern and fresh approach to relationships and psychotherapy.
I provide relationship counselling and individual counselling. I utilise various approaches in individual, family and couples counselling and will tailor my approach to suit the unique needs of my clients. I currently have availability Monday to Saturday including after-hours for face-to-face or online sessions.
I have degrees in Psychology, Relationship Counselling and am currently finishing a Masters of Counselling . I have also lived in different countries so I acquired a special understanding about relationships' cultural aspects. I worked in private practices and organisations over the years and am well known for my communication and problem solving skills.
