I’m a registered psychologist with experience supporting children and adolescents through both counselling and assessment. I've worked extensively in the education system since 2012 and take a strengths-based and collaborative approach, working alongside young people and their families to build understanding and capacity. I believe in creating a space that is genuine, safe, and relaxed — somewhere it’s okay to be vulnerable, ask questions, laugh, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.
In counselling, I draw on therapies such as CBT, ACT, and other integrative approaches that are tailored to the individual. I also provide thorough cognitive, educational, and behavioural assessments (ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, Giftedness) and focus on more than just test scores — it’s a collaborative process that clarifies strengths and needs
