I am a sensitive, compassionate and down to earth EMDR therapist and Schema Therapist specialising in treating Adults experiencing a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, recovery from childhood abuse and/or neglect, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, procrastination and relationship difficulties. If you feel weighed down by the past or blocked by self-sabotaging beliefs or patterns I would be honoured to use my skills and expertise as a Clinical Psychologist to support you to heal your concerns.
I integrate a range of therapies including EMDR, CBT, Schema Therapy and mindfulness and compassion therapies. With a foundation in attachment research I work to help you identify the origins of your concerns and then use techniques from these interventions to shift your conscious and unconscious mind so that your thoughts and actions align with your goals.
I enjoy helping those who are totally new to therapy as well as those that have been in therapy for many years. I respect how challenging in can be to start looking within and am happy to go at your pace. Having a range of treatment options provides flexibility in tailoring treatment to the individual and helps in addressing more stubborn to treat issues.
