It can be challenging to reach out to those closest to us when facing certain situations, especially when they may be part of what is causing tension for us. As a therapist, I would like to assist you gain insight and increase self-awareness and strategies not only to cope, but to thrive. People often say “I just want things to be better.” But what does “better” actually look like for you? Let’s explore that.
Many describe me as warm, empathic and approachable. I have formal degrees in fine art, counselling, psychology and a master of social work. This allows me to approach various issues very holistically and creatively. I work mainly in solution-focused therapy. I have worked in a range of agencies and groups. I also specialise in intercultural relationships.
