I am a psychologist with extensive experience across a range of corporate and educational settings. I provide a safe and supportive environment in which to explore and resolve challenging personal and relationship issues. I have a passion for working with couples, people looking to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, anger and grief. I want to help you achieve a better understanding of why you feel the way you do, why you think in a particular way, and to challenge and shift behaviour patterns which are holding you back from experiencing a more connected, fulfilled and meaningful life.
Working together, our primary goal will be to understand and relieve distressing symptoms, to restore emotional balance, clarity of thought, and to develop more stable and connected relationships. While we cannot erase painful, or traumatic experiences from the past, we can work towards constructive, healthy ways of viewing and interacting with the world.
