Professional Couples Productivity - ONLINE
ONLINE ONLY - For one or both of a couple. Weekly session of 30 minutes where productivity hacks are presented. The aim is not just to give concrete tools but also mental focus support through mental acuity exercises to affect such things as anxiety/stress reduction via psychological techniques. The format is online as a micro seminar with workshops. Pdf, video and links are available during the seminar. The goal is to improve stress and time management therefore giving a couple the energy to work on their relationships.
