Darren is a registered psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing tailored support to address a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs. He draws on evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and neurodevelopmental disorders. With a warm and collaborative style, he creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical strategies to foster resilience and positive change.

Rachel is a compassionate Psychologist dedicated to providing support to individuals across the lifespan, from children to adolescents and adults, who are navigating a variety of challenges. With experience in Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma and Stressor Related Disorders, family violence and physical disabilities, Rachel brings a comprehensive approach to her practice. She believes in the power of strengths-based intervention plans tailored to each person’s unique needs, fostering a sense of empowerment and agency.

Sandra also works closely with separated families, offering therapeutic support to navigate complex dynamics, and provides professional reports for court-related purposes to assist in family law matters.

Her special area of interest is supporting clients with a history to substance misuse and addictions.
