Hi there, I'm Saba. Informed by my Master of Science in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology, as well as my lived experiences, I am committed to helping individuals facing a range of well-being challenges. By delving into the origins of our beliefs and feelings through conscious and compassionate self-exploration, we uncover unique resources within ourselves and our environment that allow us to meet our challenges; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and in connection with others. Consequently, we flourish in Self-led, whole-person, balance and harmony.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to align with the unique needs of each client; integrating techniques from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Polyvagal theory, psychological development theory, attachment and trauma theory, compassionate inquiry, mindfulness, and other transpersonal modalities.
Ultimately I am here to listen, observe and learn from you. I am here to feel your truth, to hold a space for you so that when you see fit, I can encourage and support you in your Self-inquiry, to help you access your unique resources to meet and overcome your challenges.
