I have trained in a variety of counselling methods and tend to favour brief, solution-focused approaches designed to help you move forward so that you can lead a life that works. My additional specialist training in Clinical Hypnotherapy enables me to offer clients the opportunity to use hypnosis as well as more traditional counselling methods in our sessions often with more rapid and lasting outcomes.
