I am a warm, empathic and experienced counsellor offering both short and long-term individual counselling, psychotherapy and creative arts therapy. I have over eight years of experience working in community health settings, where I have had a number of different roles in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and Mental Health programs.
I strive to provide a supportive space for reflection, exploration and growth. My approach is person-centred and strengths-based, and I draw from a number of different therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to my clients’ individual needs.
