My approach is client-focused and incorporates evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I am passionate about improving mental health outcomes for adolescents and adults, and support them by helping to develop effective strategies and approaches to life stressors, such as work or study, relationships, and health. As a father of three young children, including twins, I understand the unique challenges and needs of multiple birth families.
