I welcome clients from all backgrounds. I have spent many years working across the lifespan with children, adolescents, and adults in government, not-for-profits, with complex NDIS populations, and in private practice. I place a high value on working with individuals who may face barriers to traditional services including working with anxiety, depression, communication building, identity questions. I acknowledge the additional factors faced for clients with gender & sexuality concerns, with men & boys, and with rural populations who face considerable barriers to accessing traditional services.
I offer services from an integrative approach. We will work together to set the ground rules and tailor the approach to what it is you need. I will work with you to blend approaches that goes beyond skills based psychology and step into discovery based psychology, to uncover and work with the deeper layers of thoughts and emotions present.
