I work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds ready for something deeper: real, ongoing work that meets you where you are — not where a system expects you to be. Migrant, refugee, and multicultural communities — people who grew up between worlds, navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, OCD, or borderline presentations and never quite finding a service that reached them.
I'm a mental health social worker with specialist training in trauma, DFV, and complex mental health. For DFV survivors, I can support Victim Assist QLD funding and DVO applications. I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based counselling in English and Vietnamese, drawing on emotion regulation, expressive therapies, and culturally responsive practice.
