I am an empathetic and caring individual. My approach is culturally safe, sensitive and trauma informed. I hold space for my clients in a nonjudgemental way and provide attentive listening to your struggles. I help you process difficult emotions so you will become more self-aware and attuned to your needs. I also help you tap into your personal power for improved self-confidence.

My specialty is art therapy and I have rich knowledge in the visual arts to help you process your stories, emotions and challenges through your own art making and the creative process. My own unique cultural background also equips me to work with others who identify from culturally and linguistically diverse background (CaLD).

Art is transformative and empowering because it comes from you, the client. The artwork brings to surface your struggles and I help facilitate the dialogue between you and what emerges from the image. You do not have to be skilled in art in enjoy the benefits of art therapy.

I will explore the image that you create by facilitating a dialogue with the symbols that emerge, guiding you to name and embody the feelings the artwork present. The image is a bridge to your inner world. Transformation and catharsis happen when we understand our inner world better.
