I am a nationally registered Psychologist with AHPRA through the Psychology Board of Australia and a proud Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council member. I earned my Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. I employ evidence-based techniques such as CBT, ACT, and solution-focus therapy.
