At Eucalyptus Psychology, we support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges—including anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, neurodivergence, and relationship difficulties. We also provide comprehensive assessments for ASD, ADHD, and cognitive functioning. Many people who come to us are looking for practical tools, genuine understanding, and a space where they can feel truly heard. Our team of 13 psychologists works across our Olinda and Mooroolbark clinics, offering thoughtful, evidence-based therapy and assessment in calm, nature-filled environments designed to support reflection and healing.
Our clinicians draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and related therapies, tailoring support to each person’s needs and goals. We accept GP Mental Health Treatment Plans, NDIS, TAC, DVA, private insurance, and self-referrals, with appointments available face-to-face or via telehealth.
We understand that taking the first step toward support can feel difficult, especially when things feel overwhelming. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to work it all out on your own. We’re here to listen, understand, and walk alongside you at your own pace. If you’re ready, or even just curious, we’d be glad to help you explore what might be possible.
