I use a combination of holistic trauma informed strategies to safely support clients with processing their trauma and shifting unhelpful beliefs and unconscious patterns of behaviour. My unique approach is tailored to each individual and includes somatic embodiment, mindfulness based therapies, transpersonal therapy, ACT and EFT to achieve the best outcome.
For the last decade I’ve committed myself to supporting a range of diverse people all around the world in trauma based therapy, gender and sexuality.
