Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & NeuroAffective Touch Foundation Graduate - working with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock & chronic stress. She is a PACFA accredited Clinical Supervisor and holds a Clinical Master’s Degree in Mental Health Sciences, Flinders Dept of Psychiatry. Estelle’s initial training was in dual diagnosis inpatient treatment (substance use & complex trauma) and she is currently training in Structural & Systemic Constellations work, supporting the reorganisation of the inter-generational transmission trauma through the ancestral lineage.
Estelle has over 25 years experience in varied & dynamic roles, delivering trauma informed psychotherapy and training. For many years Estelle has worked in private practice, and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, travelling this wonderful country from South Australia, to the Gulf of Carpentaria, and throughout Victoria.
Estelle is curious about the interplay between ancient wisdoms and modern scientific findings. She was born in Scotland and is a student of the Ghàidhlig language. A keen fermenter and brewer, enjoys studying our embodied spiritual connection to nature and life through sacred geometry, the Sun, camping, weaving, art, music, singing and dancing
