Estelle is a Clinical Psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, NeuroAffective Touch Foundation Graduate & Systemic Constellations facilitator. She works with the body’s intelligence to resolve trauma, shock, chronic stress, and intergenerational patterns. Estelle holds a Master’s in Mental Health Sciences and is a PACFA-accredited Clinical Supervisor. Her roots are in dual diagnosis inpatient care, working at the intersection of substance use and complex trauma. This shapes her integrative approach, centred on nervous system regulation, attachment repair, and embodied transformation.
Estelle has over 25 years experience in varied & dynamic roles, delivering trauma informed psychotherapy and training. For many years Estelle has worked in private practice, and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, travelling this wonderful country from South Australia, to the Gulf of Carpentaria, and throughout Victoria.
Estelle is curious about the interplay between ancient wisdoms and modern scientific findings. She was born in Scotland and is a student of the Ghàidhlig language. A keen fermenter and brewer, enjoys studying our embodied spiritual connection to nature and life through sacred geometry, the Sun, camping, weaving, art, music, singing and dancing
