I am a clinical psychologist with a passion for working with people using a holistic approach, recognising each person’s unique qualities. I have a warm and direct approach, and use humour where appropriate in my work with young adults and through the lifespan into older adulthood. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where people feel comfortable discussing their concerns; and to collaborate with them to achieve their goals.
I have completed specialist training in trauma treatment, specifically EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural therapy. Helping people process and manage trauma is one of my passions. I also work with a range of other presentations, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and interpersonal difficulties.
