As a mental health occupational therapist, I am deeply passionate about supporting people in their journey toward a healthy, balanced life. It brings me great professional satisfaction to witness individuals discovering and utilizing a variety of strategies that help them manage difficult emotions, build on their coping skills, and ultimately thrive in their everyday lives.
I use a range of approaches, including DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), mindfulness, and sensory techniques, to support your unique recovery journey. Depending on your personal goals and where you are in your healing process, we’ll tailor different elements of these approaches to best suit your needs.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQIA+ community. As a gay cis-man of color, I understand the challenges faced by these communities, which is why my practice is inclusive, compassionate, and safe for all. You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
