Meditation Space
Discover inner peace and tranquility. Our guided meditation classes offer a serene space to relax, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being. No experience is necessary. All are welcome. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings in 6-week blocks through out the year.
